  1. 1

    Context

V2 of the Iguatemi Portal modernized the entire frontend with current technologies. Sign-in moved to a Microsoft account, and the work went further than the login screen: the portal now distributes more information, with more than a 60% increase in the availability of tax audits and invoices on the platform.

I also built an admin back office for the internal team. From there they validate and open tickets, approve requests, resend documents, review and audit the tax books sent by store owners, and follow management reports on invoices, users, requests, and audits.

  2. 2

    Challenge

The portal needed a current interface and more tax-audit and invoice information for store owners, plus an internal flow to validate what they send.

  3. 3

    Solution

A rebuilt frontend, more than 60% more information in the portal, and a back office for tickets, requests, tax books, and reports.
